Nutritional Support For the College Kid

In my experience, young adults are very interested in ways to optimize nutrition! This program caters to the needs of the young adult away from home, the best foods for their unique body type, how to make healthy choices (even in a dorm room!), and the importance of habit forming and maintenance. Ultimately, learn how to manage college fun with an emphasis on balance and consistency.
